Mute Care Pte Ltd ("MUTE", "we") respects your privacy and handles personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

What we collect

When you shop, subscribe, take our skin quiz or contact us, we may collect your name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, order history, and the answers you give in the quiz (such as skin type and concern). Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we don't store full card details.

Why we use it

To fulfil and deliver your orders, run your subscription, recommend a suitable routine from your quiz answers, provide support, and — only if you opt in — send occasional, quiet updates. We never sell your data.

Your consent

By placing an order, subscribing, or submitting the quiz, you consent to us collecting and using your personal data for these purposes. You may withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing hello@mutecare.com. We keep data only as long as needed for these purposes or as the law requires.
