Shipping

We ship from Singapore. Standard local delivery takes 2–4 business days, and local shipping is free on orders over SGD 60. We ship to selected international destinations at checkout, typically 5–12 business days depending on location.

You'll receive tracking as soon as your order is on its way. Subscription orders are dispatched on the same monthly rhythm, so they arrive before you run out.

Returns

Because our products are personal-care items, we can only accept returns of unopened, unused product within 14 days of delivery. If anything arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email hello@mutecare.com with your order number and we'll make it right — calmly and quickly.
