Cancellation policy

A MUTE subscription delivers your chosen overnight mask on a monthly rhythm at the subscription price (SGD 30 per box). You'll be billed automatically each cycle to your saved payment method until you change or cancel.

You can pause, skip, reschedule or cancel anytime from your account — changes apply to the next un-dispatched order. We'll email before a renewal charge and give notice of any price change. Subscription savings apply only while the subscription is active.
